Teaching Schedule

Located in Chicago, Michelle enjoys teaching weekly group yoga classes at Ganesha Yoga and Adventures in Fitness in the North Center neighborhood and Tula Yoga Studio in the Logan Square neighborhood.* She also enjoys leading specialized population workshops and teacher training sessions and other special event classes. Her teachings, infused with creativity and playfulness, are rooted in hatha-style yoga. She teaches a blend of relaxed and mindful, flowing pose sequences that link breath with movement; longer pose holds for developing strength, balance and flexibility; and gentle/restorative poses. Modified techniques and props are offered to help provide an accessible and fun practice for all. Please see her 2019 teaching schedule and further details posted below.
