2021 Teaching Schedule
Located in Chicago, Michelle enjoys teaching group yoga classes via local area studios.* She also leads specialized population workshops, teacher trainings and other special event classes. Her teachings, infused with creativity and playfulness, are rooted in hatha-style yoga. She enjoys teaching a blend of relaxed and mindful, flowing pose sequences that link breath with movement; longer pose holds for developing strength, balance or flexibility; and gentle and restorative poses. Modified techniques and use of props are typically addressed to help provide a more accessible and fun practice for all.

- Yoga Basics Classes at Tula Yoga Studio, Weekly on Saturday Mornings, 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Chicago/Central Time (75 minutes) – For beginners and other students seeking a foundational and more accessible practice. Poses are generally performed from various reclining, prone, seated, hands/forearms and knees, and standing positions with pose modification and prop options addressed.
